The Glenburn Retirement Units are a project of the Beecroft Presbyterian Church and are located adjacent to the church in the leafy suburb of Beecroft in Sydney’s north-west. Glenburn is conveniently within a five minute walk to shops and public transport, including train station.
Glenburn is classified as independent living accommodation for those 55 years and over. It is comprised of ten self-contained units – one or two-bedrooms. Each unit is carpeted and well-presented with full kitchen, laundry, living-dining area and bathroom. Further information can be found on the NSW & ACT Presbyterian Aged Care website.
The units are installed with an INS Lifeguard Medical Alarm System to provide peace of mind to the residents should they require urgent medical attention.
Glenburn aims to provide a secure, well-maintained and friendly environment for its residents. There are currently two units available for purchase – a ground level one-bedroom unit with study area and a first floor two-bedroom unit.
